What one thing could you do (that you aren't doing now) that if you did on a regular basis, would make a tremendous positive difference in your personal (or professional) life?
If I took 30 minutes out each day to walk/exercise, I would look and feel better. This extra dose of confidence would make a world of difference in both my personal and professional life :)!
